1) About Vehicle Photos and Listings
The Site may display photographs and other information related to vehicles that are offered for sale or have been publicly listed.

If you believe any photo, video, text, or other material on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights,
please notify us using the process below. We will review the request and, when appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.
2) DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (How to Submit)
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe content on the Site infringes your copyright,

Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located on the Site (include the exact URL(s)).
-
A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner
or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
-
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is generally acceptable as an electronic signature).
Send notices to: admin@royal-classic-auto.com (preferred), or by mail to the address listed above.
3) What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice.
- Contact the party who provided the material (if applicable) to notify them.
- Request additional information if needed to process your claim.
4) Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Takedown Was Mistaken)
If you believe content you posted or provided was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
A counter-notification should include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed/disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (URL(s)).
-
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed/disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
-
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate U.S. judicial district),
and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notifications to: admin@royal-classic-auto.com.
5) Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, we may limit access to the Site and/or remove content from users or third parties who are repeat infringers.
6) Trademark / Other Intellectual Property Concerns
If your complaint relates to trademark, right of publicity, or other non-copyright intellectual property issues,
please contact us with details, including the URL(s) and a description of your rights. While the DMCA is specifically for copyright,
